Ready to get started?  Please fill out this questionnaire and I’ll be in touch with you shortly with a custom quote for your project.

  • If you want a tagline or sub-title for your blog, enter it exactly as you want it to appear throughout the site.
  • This is like your 30 second elevator pitch. If you were describing what your blog was all about to a stranger, what would you tell them? Who is your intended audience for your blog? This will help me make recommendations on layout + design.
  • If you don't have hosting set up yet, wait until I give you instructions for how to do that.
  • Please provide the URL for your host, your username, and password. If you prefer you can provide an FTP login and password for your hosting account.
  • Please provide the username and password for your Wordpress Admin login.
