Personable and patient

Working with Jeni feels like working with a close friend. She is so personable and patient and makes the whole process of switching to WordPress as quick, easy, and understandable as possible. At first I was afraid I would be really overwhelmed with the switch, but Jeni took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I got comfortable using the new programming right away. She never left me hanging!
